Adele Laurie Blue Adkins is an English singer and songwriter. In 2006, Adele graduated from Brit School with a degree in Arts and signed a music contract with XL Recordings. In 2007, he won the Brit Rising Star Award and was named number one in the 2008 BBC Voice poll. His first album called 19 was released in 2008. The album was certified eight platinum in the UK and three platinum in the US. Adele won Best New Artist and Best Female Pop Performance at the 2009 Grammy Awards. Adele released her second album called 21 in 2011. This album was accompanied by numerous successes and was able to win six Grammy Awards, including the Album of the Year Award, and became the fourth best-selling album in British history. It became the 21 best-selling album in the world in 2011 and 2012, and by 2021, more than 32 million copies of this album have been sold, which is the first best-selling album of the 21st century. Adele became the first artist in the history of the Billboard Hot 100 chart, whose three singles, "Dive Deep" and "One Like You" and "Set the Rain on Fire" are at the top of this chart at the same time, and this is in the book of world records.
