Armando Christian PĂ©rez better known by the stage name Pitbull (in English: Pitbull), is an American hip-hop singer and winner of the Grammy Award for Best Latin Album in 2015. He officially started his singing career in 2004 with the release of M.I.I.M.I. His second album, El Mariel, was released in 2006, his third album, Bootlift, in 2007, and his fourth album, Rebellion, in 2009. This album included the single "I Know You Want Me" which peaked at on the Billboard Hot 100 and #4 on the UK Singles Chart, making Pitbull more famous. He has composed for various singers including Kevin Rudolph, T-Pain and Usher. In the ranking of Billboard magazine, he was ranked 45th of the best artists of the 2010s and 24th of the best Latin artists of the 2010s. Pitbull has won 35 awards from the Billboard Latin Music Awards as of May 2019. His main incentive to step into this field was Lil John. He also introduced them to the world music industry by collaborating with people like Nair and Mahambi. He also collaborated with Arash in the song Goalie Goalie in 2018. Also, Pitbull was the official singer of the 2014 FIFA World Cup.
