Poets of the Fall

Poets of the Fall is a Finnish alternative rock band. This group introduced itself to the music world in 2003 with the song "Late Goodbye", which was used as the ending title track of the video game Max Payne 2: The Fall of Max Payne, and in 2004 with the song "Lift", which was used in a computer program. Used to be one of the best rock bands in Finland. So that for the song "Late Goodbye" he won the Gang Award (G.A.N.G) which is the same level as the Grammy Award in 2004 and "Lift" was nominated for the best Finnish song in the best of YLEX radio. After the success in 2003 and 2004, in 2005, he released his first album called "Signs of Life". In the list of tracks of this album, which included 12 songs, the names of two songs "Lift" and "Late Goodbye" can be seen. This album received a Platinum sales award. This album ranks 30th in the chart of best-selling music albums in Finland. In 2006, he achieved significant success with the release of his second album, which was called Carnival Zangzade . This album was released with 12 songs. During which it won Platinum Sales Awards, MTV Europe Music Awards for Best Finnish Group of 2006, and TV2's Musiikki-TV, The Voice, and Muuvi Awards for Best Video Clip for "Carnival of Rust". It should be mentioned that this year the group won two Emma awards for the album Signs of Life as the best album and the best newcomer group. In 2007, he won the award for the best Finnish group from Radio NRG (NRJ).
