Where did the violin come from

Parts of a violin:

Usually, violins weigh 400 grams and are made of 58 pieces. In the following, we will explain the components of the violin.

Arshe or the same bow:

This part of the violin is a piece of wood, along which strings of horse tail hair are stretched and fixed to the two heads.

sound box:

This box consists of three sections: the top plate, the bottom plate, and the side panels. This instrument has a bow and strings made of ebony wood and is more durable.

handle or neck:

After the ebony wood, there are pieces of strings, on top of which is the fingering of the musician. The player can place the fingering on the entire length of the ebony wood. At the end of the handle, there is a small box or tuning box where the wires are wrapped around the tuning forks.

the vault:

The vault communicates between the strings and the resonator box. The vault has the role of keeping the wires at a certain height to move on the resonator box, dividing the path of the wires and also transferring the vibrations of the strings to the resonator box. There is also a small wooden cylinder inside the sound box that transfers vibrations to the bottom plate of the instrument and leads to the fact that the pressure of the strings does not damage the top plate of the instrument.

Grief:

The fret is the part of the violin to which the player attaches the string with his finger, and is attached along the length of the violin neck, extending almost to the middle of the fretboard. Grips are made of ebony. The player plucks the string with his finger, so the length of the string is shortened and he can play different notes.

Wire grabber:

This part of the violin is placed near the vault and is stretched to the end of the violin body. The wire holder is made of ebony wood.

Wires:

Usually, in the past, violin strings were made from sheep intestines, but today, they are made from metal wire, and in the bass strings, thin metal wire is wound on it.
